The Preventative Healthcare Plan was established in 1978 and further enhanced during the Obama era Affordable Care Act's tax and healthcare changes. Participants do not need to modify major medical or any other benefits. The plan requires less than 5 minutes per month from your controller and our team handles employee questions meaning this program does not become a burden.
Employers will receive about $1,000 per employee each year with no out of pocket expenses.
Each eligible employee will receive an increase in their pay check by about $1,000 annually.
